Parties/Events - Terms and conditions

​

A deposit of 20%  - of the agreed price/fee for the booking - to be paid at the time of booking or no later than one day after the booking is made. The deposit is non refundable when the client/customer cancels prior to the booking date  (including the booking date itself).

 

The remaining balance to be paid no later than three days after the party/event.

​

I will require a contact address for invoicing purposes.  

 

The customer/client will be invoiced on receipt of the booking.

​

Payment can be made by PayPal, Cheque or Bank Transfer.

​

If you wish to change any details of the party/event, a minimum of seven days notice will be required. All changes must be agreed and may incur extra fee charges.

​

Parents can attend and participate throughout the party, if they so wish. At least one parent must be present at all times. You are responsible for the children during the duration of the party/event.

​

If the performer feels unsafe at any time during the party/event, they have the right to leave. The deposit will not be refunded.

​

Cancellations

​

Seven days minimum notice to cancel the party/event is required. Parties/events can only be rescheduled within six weeks of the initial booking date.

​

Venue 

​

Agreed prior to booking. Preferably indoors or in a large outdoor space (on dry ground)  with a suitable marquee/large gazebo for cover.
